We offer 2 types of career coaching depending on the level of support required, from gaining valuable interview techniques and learning how the interview process works, to learning how to approach the whole job search process and how to maximise your job search strategy through to supporting career change, coping with redundancy and maybe to highlight strengths and weaknesses to find the ideal job role, we can help…
We have over 100 years combined experience with training and supporting individuals to optimise their career choices, identify skills and talents, map the right career path and get though competency questioning, panel interviews, assessment centre days and much more.
If you have a specific career need and it is not detailed here then just contact us and we will see what we can do, our central office number is 01603 327 644.
A 2-3 hour programme, delivered in 2 sessions. The first is to establish areas of concern, discuss previous interview failings, to give an understanding of all interview types (1-2-1, panel, telephone, assessment centre, competency based etc…), to focus on how to overcome any fears and to address personal requirements, how to research and what to prepare for each interview. The second session is a tailored, mock interview, that lasts for 30 minutes and feedback is provided.
We offer a 30-minute free initial consultation to ascertain the level and direction of coaching required based on individual circumstances and we then put a plan of action together that covers the required elements and sets timescales; our hourly rate for career coaching is £40 and the number of hours required will vary based on requirement.
